We have endeavored to create investment options that provide an opportunity for as many people as possible to participate. Below is a summary of the options available. Full details are available by requesting an Investment Offering Memorandum.

Leasehold Investment

Purchase or build your own cottage with a ninety-nine (99) year renewable lease. You will have access to all of the resort facilities and property. And, you can choose to have GVN rent your cottage when you are not there or simply save it as your private get-away.

Preferred Shareholders

Option A. (1 share @ $100,000) This option offers:

  • 20 % government rebate on investment,
  • 5 weeks access to a 2-bedroom eco-cottage or 80% of the rental income for five weeks,
  • 8% annual return on investment*

Option B. (1/4 share @ $25,000) This options offers:

  • 20% government rebate on investment,
  • 2 weeks access to a retreat cottage or 80% of the rental income for two weeks, plus
  • 8% annual return on investment*

* The effective return is 10%, taking into consideration the government rebate. Due to tax treatment of dividend income, the 10% dividend return on your investment translates to a 12%-13.75 percent equivalent return (depending upon your marginal tax rate).
